As October is the peak season for traveling to China, we suggest that you book the hotel in advance to ensure your travel and VISA.Please download the Registration Form and send to contact@2008wcbd.com at your earliest convenience. We will reply you with the registration and hotel reservation confirming letter in time. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

On-Site Registration for the Meeting
On-site registration will be available at the Welcome Platform on ground floor of Shanghai Centre (1376 Nanjing Rd. [West]) from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm on October 22nd.
Registration Fee
3300 RMB (USD 480) (registered before July 1st)
3800 RMB (USD 550) (registered before October 8th)
4200 RMB (USD 600) (on-site registration)
Remarks:
1, Registration fee covers: conference registration and meeting material package.
2, Same rates will be applied to the accompanying person who will not attend the conference.
3, Discount for short stay is not available: full amount payment is required even with late arrival and/or early departure
4, After meeting, extra days to stay can only be arranged depends on the availability and demands (Please pay in CNY as official price listed at foyer).
Payment
After online-registration, an e-mail of registration confirmation with instruction of payment will be sent to your registered mailbox. Please keep a good record of your registration number, which will be used for tracking in this payment process.
Official Receipt
Official receipts for the registration fee will be given to participants at the registration desk at the meeting. |
